These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Silax. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
Silax is a tennis journal and activity app that includes training records, match records, profile details, moments content, AI coaching conversations, and diamond purchases used inside the app.
You may use Silax only in compliance with these terms and applicable law.
Eligibility and Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of the app, the content you create, and the accuracy of information you choose to provide through Silax.
If you use profile details, photos, or other content in the app, you confirm that you have the right to use that content.
User Content
You are responsible for content you create or upload in Silax, including:
- Profile details and profile images.
- Training and match entries.
- Notes, text, and moments content.
- Photos you choose to include in your moments.
You agree not to use Silax to upload or submit content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, misleading, or otherwise harmful.
AI Coach
Silax includes an AI Coach feature that provides tennis-related responses. AI output may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
AI Coach content is for general informational use and should not be treated as a substitute for professional coaching, medical advice, safety guidance, or other expert judgment.
Purchases and Diamonds
Silax may offer in-app purchases, including diamonds used for certain in-app actions. Purchase transactions are handled through your app marketplace account and are also subject to the terms of that platform.
- Diamonds have no cash value unless required by law.
- Pricing, availability, and purchase options may change at any time.
- Refunds, if any, are governed by applicable law and the rules of the app marketplace through which the purchase was made.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Silax in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the app.
- Attempt to access areas or functions without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the app beyond permitted use.
- Use the app to submit harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
Suspension or Termination
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to Silax if we believe these terms have been violated or if the app is being used in a way that creates legal, operational, or safety concerns.
You may stop using the app at any time and may use the available in-app account deletion option if you choose to remove your account.
Intellectual Property
Silax, including its name, design, software, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for your own content, no rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the app in accordance with these terms.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Silax is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or specific outcomes from using the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Silax.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of Silax after an updated version is made available means you accept the revised terms.
